Our research professionals are typically MBAs or qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), hand picked by our principals. In addition to their qualifications, professionals are subject to a rigorous training schedule.
The training focuses on introducing analysts to Wall Street research products, US SEC filings, earnings report writing and model building with a specific focus on US equities. The training sessions may also include individualized technical training sessions to fill gaps on research tools such as Excel or third party vendor data and/or writing workshops to enhance their literary skills. Only professionals who successfully complete these requirements are assigned to client long term projects as research associates.
